returns, refunds & exchanges
We really do hope you love your purchase from &halt, but also understand things don’t always work out as planned. Therefore, should you wish to return any or all of your purchases to us, please notify us via email firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible, quoting your name, order number and reason for return.
Please note that returns must be received in a suitable, re-saleable condition and include all original packaging, within 28 days of purchase date. You will be responsible for the postage cost to return your item(s) and we advise that you use a tracked service. Items may also be returned direct to the store should you not wish to send.
Once we have received the return item(s), we will advise you via email that we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund has been approved.. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method and notification will be sent informing you this has been instigated.
If you wish to exchange your purchase, please contact us in the first instance and we will confirm availability of your exchange. We will then notify you via email that we have received your return and are ready to dispatch your exchange. Please note you will be required to pay the additional postage cost for your exchange if applicable.
