Fald 16 Vase - Melange

From Vienna based design studio Sheyn, these beautifully organic pieces are 3D printed from recycled corn starch.

Each piece is created using state of the art modelling and fabrication techniques and is therefore unique and individually constructed from thousands of tiny patterns that provide structural integrity and an incredibly touchable texture.

The Fald design family is characterised by its intricate folding patterns. The pattern adds a layer of creases in different depths, giving the objects a fabric-like appearance.

FDM – additive manufacturing method where layers of materials are fused together in a pattern to create an object.

Clean with a wet cloth or under running water, not in the dishwasher. There might be tiny irregularities in the pattern. Do not keep exposed to direct sunlight. The object itself is not watertight.
