Where The Rose Fell Quiet - Incense
Galloway Atelier is a small British fragrance house. Their fragrances are composed in Grasse, poured and finished in Sussex, and named after moments that might otherwise go unnoticed. Scent built to live within a room - alongside its light, its materials, its character - not on top of it.
The Galloway Atelier collection is built around fragrance as part of the architecture of a space as intentional as its light, its materials and its objects.
Where The Rose Fell Quiet.
A garden after the last guest leaves. Petals on stone, still warm.
SCENT STORY
Smoke profile: Dark floral · Mineral · Resinous
Metallic rose emerges through the smoke with a cool, almost mineral quality before sandalwood and amber resin begin to warm the room. The result is shadowed and textural, rose seen through smoke rather than in bloom.
THE FRAGRANCE
Metallic Rose · Sandalwood · Amber Resin
Handmade in East Sussex
30 cones
20-25 minutes per cone
Light the tip of the cone and let it glow for 10 seconds, then blow out the flame. Place the cone on a heatproof dish or incense holder and let the ember smoulder. Each cone burns for 20–25 minutes. Use in a well-ventilated room, away from drafts, children and pets. Never leave burning incense unattended.
